High altitude defensive sweep from Geleen to Aachen at around angels 25. Intercepted by a flight of long nose Doras, Skipper got one, I was unable to get close enough to shake a stick at anything but Andrey was killed in his a/c, he lost a wing in a collision with one of the enemy and he spun into the ground from all that way up. The last I heard from him was his cry that he was unable to bail out. RIP mate. | ||
